There are a huge range of players at the club of all abilities and ages
The club enters teams in local as well as national leagues. These competition teams allow our players to test their technical playing skills at an appropriate level of competition. We provide access to teams for all the playing levels and ages from beginner Juniors to adults who wish to play at high competitive level.
General practice is held on a Monday night, junior level coaching is on Friday nights, both starting 7pm. Please see posts below for announcements regarding advanced level training and school holiday sessions.
Twinning
Generation 2 table tennis club are a family club, one a year we host families from the city of Vannes in France to visit, play table tennis and attend social events

Generation 2 hosts regular intensive coaching sessions as well as national and Hampshire competition at Junior and Cadet levels

Hampshire Closed Tournaments
The Hampshire County “Closed” Table Tennis Championship for 2018/2019 SEASON will be held on SUNDAY 24th February 2019 at WATERSIDE TABLE TENNIS CENTRE TESTWOOD SPORTS COLLEGE TESTWOOD LANE TOTTON – SO40 3ZW. The Championships are open to all registered members of League and Clubs affiliated to Hampshire. New coaching groups
From Friday 8th November we are changing the coaching groups and their operating times. Both beginner and intermediate groups will start at 6.30pm on a Friday and finish at 8pm. Players should start to arrive from 6pm to help set up. The warm up session will start promptly at 6.30pm.
